Japan thanks EXILE, other musicians for Vietnam event

TOKYO, Japan – HIRO (C, standing), leader of popular Japanese male vocal and dance act EXILE, speaks at the prime minister’s office in Tokyo on Oct. 25, 2011, on behalf of artists who performed at the 2nd Japan-Vietnam friendship music festival earlier in the month in Vietnam. They received the certificates of appreciation from the Japanese government for their contributions to the bilateral friendship. The certificates with the name of Foreign Minister Koichiro Gemba were presented by Chief Cabinet Secretary Osamu Fujimura. (Kyodo)
